• I also hold two additional professional designations, I am a Certified New Home Specialist.  This course is recognized as one of the very best ever offered in real estate. 
• I am Residential Construction Certified.  The training from this class provides a foundation that allows me to communicate more confidently and professionally with buyers, sellers, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, designers, engineers and construction professionals.
